This is a nice oil painting on canvas by R. K. Colton. This piece shows a man walking thru Penny Pack Park near a stream. This piece is signed in the lower left in oil "R. K. Colton". This piece is also titled on the back stretcher in pencil "Penny Pack Park".

CONDITION:
In my opinion it is in very good condition, but please see photo to form your own opinion to it's condition.

SIZE:
The image size measures 22 inches height and 30 inches width.
The frame size measures 26 inches height and 34 inches width.

SHIPPING:

The Packing & Handling Fee For This Item Is $15.00 Plus U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Cost which includes tracking.
